Mission and Overview

I help executives and employees create exceptional workplaces, and enhance their productivity and creativity, through improved communication and conflict resolution skills.

I work in the San Francisco Bay Area as a communication coach and trainer. I also provide mediation and meeting facilitation services.

My approach incorporates the work of international peacemaker, Marshall Rosenberg, Ph.D., combined with the experience gained during over twenty years of student and professional life. Communication and conflict resolution have been essential skills throughout my time in corporate leadership, in high-school teaching and administration, in sales, and as a student representative at University College, Oxford, England.
