Mission and Overview

My mission is to improve the quality and clarity of communication we experience in our lives, and to share effective mediation and conflict resolution skills.

I work in the San Francisco Bay Area as a communication coach and trainer. I also provide mediation and meeting facilitation services.

My approach incorporates the work of international peacemaker, Marshall Rosenberg, Ph.D., combined with the experience gained during the last twenty years of student and professional life. Communication and conflict resolution have been essential skills throughout my time in corporate leadership, in high-school teaching and administration, in sales, and as a student representative at University College, Oxford, England.
